Switzerland Incentive Trip

A client of ours just returned from an incentive trip to Europe that we coordinated. He shared this amazing photo from Switzerland!

Jeff's 60th Surprise Birthday Party!

Paragon event planner Brittany Rhondebaugh helped put together a fantastic surprise birthday party this past weekend. The party was a 50's theme, held at Old School Square in Delray Beach. The Paragon Events team had a blast putting together all the special details.

The birthday boy thought he was going to his wife’s 50th Anniversary Gala for work. We used a fake invitation and even a sign at the front door to throw him off. Little did he know, he had a sea of excited family and friends who had traveled from as far as New York to be there to surprise him on this special occasion! His face and reaction were priceless and the Paragon team felt so grateful to be a part of such a memorable event. Al Johnson created a slideshow of old and new photos of the birthday boy with 50s/60s themed music for the guests to enjoy when he arrived. Needless to say, everyone was out on the dance floor and ready to party throughout the evening!

Our amazing vendors:
Crystal Bay Catering handled the food and drinks
Al Johnson was the DJ and created the slideshow
Old School Square was the perfect venue
Cake from Cakes by Ruthie
Décor by Paragon Events
Linens from Atlas Party Rentals

Brittany took some great photos! Enjoy!

Putting together the place cards!

How adorable are these escort cards?

You know it's a good party when everyone's on the dancefloor!

Our Newest Web Design Project, Unveiled!

At Paragon Events, we do more than provide strategic meeting management and event planning services. We also have an extensive marketing department that specializes in social media management, public relations, advertising campaigns, and website development.

We are excited to unveil our most recent web remodel, a clean and minimalistic website with interactive portals and back-end access for a Health Information Technology (HIT) extension center based in Miami. The Paragon Events marketing team designed the look, feel, and functionality of the site, and researched and wrote the content. We will continue to maintain the website and make frequent updates to the news section for the client to keep the SEO as up to date as possible!

We are proud to say that the new owners of this website are thrilled with the result and we look forward to continuing to offer our Paragon Events web services. Please check out the SFREC website and let us know what you think.

Livia's Bat Mitzvah

We're proud to share photos from our most recent successful event, an elegant, winter-themed Bat Mitzvah for Livia in Boca Raton. The event was held at the Boca Resort on Saturday, February 16th.

·        Paragon Events was the event manager, meaning we dealt with the logistics and planning of the event. We contracted all of the vendors, set up a timeline of events throughout the night, were on hand to supervise al of the details during the event. Anything that needed to be taken care of, we did.

We received many compliments that the guests had never been to a more smoothly ran event. They were all very happy and very impressed with the gorgeous décor (by Daniel Events) and activities for the kids.

Paragon Girls (and Eddy) Take on Mardi Gras in New Orleans!

Corporate incentive travel programs are gaining popularity in the US. Taking employees on an adventure to a new city or country and rewarding them with activities, meals, and experiences is an amazing way to show these loyal workers that you value their contributions. Studies have shown that companies that participate in incentive travel programs for their employees have lower turnover rates and higher morale.

Paragon Events not only specializes in coordinating these incentive trips for other businesses, but participates in the trend as well!

President and Managing Director of Paragon Events rewarded her employees for a great 2012 by taking the majority of her full time staff to New Orleans to experience Mardi Gras.

Renee planned countless activities for the group, including an exclusive invitation to a formal ball hosted by the manager of the Doobie Brothers.

Enjoy the photos below, and don't forget to call Paragon Events to plan your next corporate incentive trip!
