Guest Blog: Paragon Intern Ana at the MPI SFL Experience!

Guest Blog: Paragon Intern Ana at the MPI SFL Experience!

Paragon Evens allowed me to participate in the MPI SFL Experience event this past Tuesday, March 19, 2013.  This was my first time working on site at an event, and it was an exciting experience. From the people to all of the amenities, the event was remarkable. I was not only offered to work at the event, but also have a little fun; the speaker for the first quarter of the event, the education event, had the audience participating and working with each other to get to know different strategies in how to be positive and create great customer service. During this event, people had the chance to get to know each other and learn from different stories, while still having fun. Later, those that wanted to participate in the special event had the chance to indulge themselves in delicious food, great music, and entertainment; all right on the football field!  There were smiles and laughter on every corner, guests were very content with the event.

Kristen & Kayla take on the Honda Classic

Beaches & Birdies 2013 Security Networks Affiliate Conference was an incentive event put on by Security Networks. To show their appreciation to their VIP affiliates and dealers, Security Networks flew them down to Florida to enjoy a golf tournament at the Abacoa Golf Club and then attend the Honda Classic on Saturday and Sunday this weekend, all expenses paid! They also reserved an elegant, private Chalet overlooking the golf course during the Honda Classic, fully stocked with food and beverages. On Saturday night, a limo was arranged to pick up the guests and take them to Provident Jewelry to enjoy a private viewing, full bar, cigars, and a raffle.

Paragon Events planned this event on behalf of Security Networks- from transportation, reserving hotel rooms, flight arrangements, registration, customer service, exhibitor coordination, welcome amenities, informational e-blasts, invitations, name badges, food & beverage at the Jupiter Beach Resort, support for the Abacoa Golf Tournament and more. Kristen and Kayla were on site for the entire weekend to ensure the events ran smoothly, and they did a fantastic job! Here are some fun photos from the weekend. Enjoy!

Switzerland Incentive Trip

A client of ours just returned from an incentive trip to Europe that we coordinated. He shared this amazing photo from Switzerland!

Jeff's 60th Surprise Birthday Party!

Paragon event planner Brittany Rhondebaugh helped put together a fantastic surprise birthday party this past weekend. The party was a 50's theme, held at Old School Square in Delray Beach. The Paragon Events team had a blast putting together all the special details.

The birthday boy thought he was going to his wife’s 50th Anniversary Gala for work. We used a fake invitation and even a sign at the front door to throw him off. Little did he know, he had a sea of excited family and friends who had traveled from as far as New York to be there to surprise him on this special occasion! His face and reaction were priceless and the Paragon team felt so grateful to be a part of such a memorable event. Al Johnson created a slideshow of old and new photos of the birthday boy with 50s/60s themed music for the guests to enjoy when he arrived. Needless to say, everyone was out on the dance floor and ready to party throughout the evening!

Our amazing vendors:
Crystal Bay Catering handled the food and drinks
Al Johnson was the DJ and created the slideshow
Old School Square was the perfect venue
Cake from Cakes by Ruthie
Décor by Paragon Events
Linens from Atlas Party Rentals

Brittany took some great photos! Enjoy!

Some adorable details from the party
Putting together the place cards!

How adorable are these escort cards?

You know it's a good party when everyone's on the dancefloor!
